When are you open?

TSG2U operates between 10am-4pm daily. Please note that your order must be completed and paid for by 4pm for processing. An order started before 4pm but completed after 4pm can not be processed.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Our goal is to deliver your "on demand" order to you within 2hrs. TSG2U is proud to say that our current delivery time on average is only 31 minutes!

Will I need to produce identification to receive my delivery?

Yes you will be required to verify that you are an adult (18+), and the correct recipient of the order. Your ID will be viewed and scanned by the delivery partner. In the event that a valid identification can not be produced, the delivery will be taken back to store, and you will be refunded for the cost of the order less the delivery fee.

Will I need to produce identification to collect my delivery for Click and Collect?

Yes you will be required to verify that you are an adult (18+), and confirm your order number.

How is my privacy treated?

Does TSG2U deliver products in plastic bags?

TSG2U delivers products in a $0.15 plastic pouch/bag, which is included in the order total at checkout.
